WHY CLIENTS CHOOSE US
- Our clients tell us that our top-notch executive coaches and leadership consultants “get it.” We are here in service to your bigger mission and vision–it’s never just about the coaching, the offsite, the training, the engagement–it’s about your pragmatic business goals and what you’re here to do and make possible.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Christy Consler is the Founder and CEO of Sustainable Leadership Advisors, a women-owned boutique leadership advisory and executive coaching firm with clients globally.
Growing up in a small town in Upstate NY, she was lucky to be encouraged by some amazing teachers to go on a grand adventure: being an exchange student in a country she’d never been to (Austria!), learn a language she’d never spoken (Sprechen Sie Deutsch?), and move in with a family she didn’t know.
Thus began a fascination with what makes people tick, the power of great communication, connecting from the heart….and living a life of big adventure, outside of the comfort zone.
She is a graduate of the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her master of business administration degree, and Cornell University, where she received a bachelor of science degree in applied economics. Christy has held executive positions in startups to Fortune 50 companies, and she was named one of the top 100 women in a $600 billion industry three years in a row.
Drawing on her extensive experience in global executive leadership, people operations, and marketing roles, she brings a wealth of experience across several industries including technology, consumer products, and financial services. Along with her team, Christy works with executive teams and leaders to elevate and align their people and leadership strategies with organizational outcomes in a way that inspires greater purpose, passion, and performance.
She is a founding member of the Sustainable Business Leadership Council for Menus of Change, a joint initiative of the Harvard School of Public Health and the Culinary Institute of America. She was elected to two terms on the national board of the Network of Executive Women, serving as compensation committee chair for five years.
Girl Scouts of America named her one of the top 100 women for “greening” the future of Northern California. She received the “Forever Green Award” for her contribution to the arts, economic development, environment, equal opportunity, health, science and social justice.
